Here's what you do in here:

Arrange Regular Battles
Arrange Quick Draw Battles
Arrange IM Battles

After you find someone to battle, wait for a ref to say that they'll ref the battle for you and your opponent.

Refs: Here you can find battles to ref. When you find a battle to ref, just tell the battlers that you can ref the battle. After that, post a topic with both of the trainers' names in the topic and the rules to the battle. After that, battles continue on as usual.

Since people can't change topic names on the Vb for some reason, this reduces some work for the mods and stress of the battlers for trying to look for their battle topic.
